Sport and exercise are an indispensable element for a healthy body - in addition to nutrition.

It gives you more energy and you literally and figuratively feel better about yourself.

But if we play sports together, much more happens. 

We learn exploring and pushing boundaries together.

If you need more guidance than I can offer you (for example health challenges, burnout, fatigue, hormonal or intestinal complaints), it is possible to offer a combination of guidance. I work together with a psychosocial therapist, mindfulness teacher, orthomolecular therapist, intestinal specialist and massage therapist. It is also possible to obtain in-depth insights and tailor-made advice through independent laboratory research from blood, hair, faeces of saliva, because everyone is unique.

This guidance may qualify for additional health insurance.
